I am not in Utah. Can we still do business?

Yes. Cibgraphics Design Studio does business with clients across the country.  I do not, however do business in other countries.

How long will it take to finish a design?

The time it takes to finish a design varies from project to project. If you need it done by a certain time, let me know and I will try to accommodate you in any way I can. If it is a rush project, you may be charged a rush project fee.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes. Before any work starts, as the client you must sign a contract. This protects both parties. Even if it is a rush project, you still need to sign a contract.  Please allot this time into your project’s schedule.

How much will it cost?

Since design and programming vary so much from project to project I custom bid every project. Please contact me for a free estimate.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes. If you are in need of a payment plan, I can work with you to produce one to fit your budget.

Who owns the copyright to the artwork?

The copyrights to your project are yours pending the receipt of final payment. I do, however, reserve the right to use any of my work for my own promotional pieces. This copyright does not include original project files. Those can be purchased at an additional price.

How will I receive my work once it is completed?

Delivery vary from project to project, but in most cases projects will be transferred electronically via email or ftp. A CD is available upon request.

In web development, do you support Internet Explorer 6 or Internet Explorer 7?

Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) is an aging web browser released in 2001. Web standards and security have changed a lot since then. In an effort to stay as modern as possible, I do not support IE6 or IE7 by default. I can support it with an additional cost to the project. Currently I support IE8+, Opera, Chrome, Safari and Firefox. See http://www.theie6countdown.com/ for reference.

Do you require a deposit to start?

Yes. I typically require a 50% deposit on all projects. If the project is large in nature I will only require a 25% deposit with milestone payments.
