I'm not in Utah, can we still do business?
Yes. Cibgraphics does business with clients across the country. At this time we do not do business in other countries.
How long will it take to finish a design?
The time it takes to finish a design vary between project to project. If you need it done by a certain time, let us know and we will try to accommodate you in any way we can.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. Before any work starts, a contact must be read and signed. If it is a rush project, you still need to sign a contract. Please allot this time into your schedule.
How much will it cost?
Prices will vary depending on complexity and deadline of the project. If you need a quote on a project, get your free Custom Quote today. Invoices will be done by PayPal (no membership needed) and will accept all forms of payment including check and credit card.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. Before any work starts, a deposit must be paid. The amount of the deposit is usually 50% of the total.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes. If you are in need of a payment plan, we can work with you to produce one to fit your budget.
Who owns the copyright to the artwork
The copyrights to logos are yours pending the receipt of final payment. They are included into the price. The copyright to everything else are the rights of Cibgraphics unless an additional fee is paid for original artwork and rights. We do reserve the right to use any of our work for our own promotional pieces regardless of ownership of artwork.
How will I receive my work once it is completed.
Delivery vary from project to project, but in most cases projects will be transferred electronically via email or ftp.
